The Coulee Region Herbal Institute is dedicated to:
Promoting the wise and ethical use of plants as medicine and wild food
Creating a strong network of regional herbalists and wild food educators
Facilitating a regional calendar of medicinal herb and wild-food related classes and events
Offering monthly classes, herbwalks, workshops, and events to our community about the diverse uses of plants
Supporting ethical wild-crafting and a sustainable, bioregional exchange of herbal goods and services
The Coulee Region Herbal Institute currently offers:
Monthly classes and events presented by both local CRHI members and special guests on a wide variety of uses of plants
A quarterly newsletter that contains informative articles, musings, a regional calendar of herb-related classes and events, recipes, book reviews and lots more

Potlucks featuring herbal beverages and wild foods
Free networking opportunities to promote herb and wild food-related classes and events via the quarterly newsletter, online regional calendar and e-mail updates.
